I often worry if I have the mental discipline necessary for making anything worthwhile in my lifetime or if I am in fact just a bloated waste of space with pretentious grandiose ideas and no initiative to make anything of them

The pain gets worst everyday and i keep trying to tell myself it will get better but it isn’t. Everything and everyone who meant something to me are slowly leaving or disappearing and i don’t know how much longer i can hold on..
